As a dancer, I have spent my life training in and teaching ballet, modern, hip, and fusion styles. I trained at the Sue Nieto Theatre School and Centre Stage School of Performing Arts. I competed with the University of Sussex's Street, Ballet, and Contemporary Troupes for 3 years, and led Street for 2 of them. Upon moving back to London I performed, taught, and created concept videos for 3 years with the West London-based art collective, D.R.E.A.M.

I have been lucky enough to perform on some of the UK's most famous stages such as Her Majesty's Theatre and Sadlers Wells, and have created choreography for artists such as Gabrielle Ornate, Fire In Her Eyes, and Jessica Faroe. Other credits include performances at Breakout 2022 (Deja Vu Ent), Konnect Hip Hop Theatre Showcase 2022 (Ground Zero), the 2012 Paralympics Opening Ceremony, and a campaign video for fashion designer Rosie Evans AW22 Collection "There Are Other Worlds Than This One."

I currently teach a variety of styles at schools and run a specialised workshop in Dance Filmmaking for intermediate and advanced students.
